Official Vehicle of Nowhere
It only seemed fitting that a vehicle that was designed and engineered to go anywhere was introduced in the “Middle of Nowhere.” For seventy-two hours our cameras followed four adventurous influencers as they experienced the all-new GMC Canyon on a journey to discover Nowhere.
We not only produced :30 broadcast and digital shorts, the hours of captured footage allowed us to create a beautiful, long form film that included a deeper dive into the journey including a night of camping under the stars and intimate looks at each of our four travelers. Our social and digital components not only used GMC’s channels but also the reach provided by our influencers Michael, Adam, Kaylin and Alex’s platforms. In the end, the collaboration not only highlighted the aspirational qualities of both the GMC brand and the influencers but also introduced the Canyon AT4x as a top-tier off-road truck.
The three-day excursion also gave us the opportunity to capture a wealth of imagery. Twelve video cameras were responsible for the moving pictures; a Sony Sony α7 IV and a lone photographer worked tirelessly to match the output in the photographic stills department.
